It's raining, it's pouring...

We had our second shower thanks to my sister and my mom last weekend. Once again, we were just blown away the by the generosity and the support we have gotten from our friends and family. We are in such great shape now, when Jacob gets here, he will want for nothing. We got so many thoughtful gifts, and we are so grateful for them all.

But I wanted call attention to two gifts that are sure-to-be family heirlooms.

This first gift was made by Sue F and the time and care that went into making this are amazing. This shows all of the excitement and support surrounding our decision to adopt.



The second gift was made by my aunt Ellen. Ellen is an extremely talented artist as you can tell by the portrait. We are SO pleased to be able to add this to our art collection:o)




Thank you so much to everyone for everything. Mom and Jan, the food was great, the cake was so cute! Everything was amazing!
